Each Billet Rack It is CNC machined from a one half inch
thick plate of 6061 billet aluminum, then a clear anodized
coating is applied
to protect it from the elements and the result is a high
quality and good-looking rack for years of backpack free
riding enjoyment.
Most of our racks weight in at under 2 pounds with all of
the hardware! Most of our racks do not require any
modifications to fit on your bike!
As with all racks on dirt bikes they should not have excess
amounts of weight put on them.
Excess weight can damage the rear subframe.

The KTM rides can rejoice,
they asked for the impossible and we made it a reality.
Drawing on all the proven elements of our current rack
designs, we added to them with engineering that seems worthy
of NASA.
Like all of our racks, the KTM rack is machined from a 1/2
inch thick 6061 billet aluminum and then anodized to protect
it from the elements.
The rack includes all required mounting fasteners in
stainless steel for carefree maintenance.
This rack is the best rack we have ever built, and
considering that our racks already have a legendary status
for quality, durability, and value… that is no small
statement!
