SALES OUT SIDE THE US

All Sales Outside The US & Canada require english speaking.

The best starting point is by sending a E Mail or a Fax Regarding the product you are interested in buying

There may be a fee for processing orders on sales outside The US.

Please ask about sales out side the USA and the fees.

Not all products are available for sale outside the US

Look for the below flags to designate sales out side the US.

All orders must include the following (otherwise, it's at our discretion!!)
A. Your billing telephone number


B. Your home telephone number


C. Your billing aka mailing address, if different than shipping address.


D. Shipping address.


E. For credit card orders, US funds in some instances (at our discretion), we may require the following information:


F. Photo copy of your credit card, both sides.

On the side of the card with your photo copied signature on it we need your actual inked "John Hancock," signed in ink, above the photo copied signature.

Please, this will make things much easier for us down the road.

If you can have this done for us, it will make the transaction much faster.

A faxed or e-mailed scanned copy of last months CC statement.


G. We may ask for a copy of your CC bill from the previous month for security, at our discretion


H. All part #'s, if applicable, descriptions, quantities, colors, size, make, model, year and any modifications that have been done to the bike or you.

In addition, include anything else you may think would be of interest to make your order run more smoothly.


Mail Order Payments
For Retail Orders: In US funds AHM FSO accepts payments by Visa, Mastercard, M/O, and check.

Orders paid by credit card will be processed immediately when the product is shipped you will be billed. Orders paid by money order will be processed in the corrected amount.

Orders paid by personal check will be processed after the check clears the bank (approximately 1 week to 30 days).

To avoid delay in the processing of your order, all payments made by check or money order must include freight chargers.

Sales tax of 8.25% will be added to the total on California orders.

Pricing:

All prices and specifications shown in this catalog are subject to change without notice.

Costs of raw materials and products that we sell may fluctuate unpredictably, requiring price and original specifications to change.

You will be notified at the time of order if our listed prices have changed.

Shipping Everywhere Else:

We ship USPS to the APO's & FPO's & P.O. Box's Other similar carriers of our choice & yours when applicable & available.

Our price will include surcharges where applicable. All countries applicable. Call regarding the other carriers available.

Returns:

No returns on electrical parts, service manuals or *special orders. All returns must be in the original box with original packaging and in the original condition.

All returned items must be authorized in advance and be accompanied by a letter stating the reason for the return.

Credit for returned items will be made by check, or credit, less the 25% restocking fee (depending upon the situation).

NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER 30 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF SHIPMENT.

Warranty:

 Since all items sold & manufactured by FSO are intended for off road use only, they are sold as-is with no warranty, expressed, or implied.

FSO will, however, at our discretion, repair or replace any item that we judge to be defective in workmanship or materials.

Our liability under this replacement policy extends only to the original purchase price of the item and does not include incidental or consequential damages.

Products sold by FSO, but produced by other manufacturers, may be covered by their own warranties, guarantees, if any.

However, we make no representation as to the life span of our products or the products of others under off road-competition use.

Some kits and modifications may compromise factory warranties and or Carb & EPA regulations, (California) + others states.

Remember products sold are for off road use only. Remember, technically/legally, all after-market mufflers are for off road use only.

It is illegal to tamper with street & off road mufflers!! PERIOD!

Returns Or Exchanges Must Accompany The Invoice.

Non Returnables: Service Manuals, Electrical Parts All.

Dual Sport Kits After They Have Been Installed,

Sale Items & Close Out Items,

Special Order Parts & All Non -Stocking Parts,

All Of The Above Are Non-Returnable.

All Returns Are Subject To A 25% Restocking Fee

Shipping
All orders shipped FOB N. Hollywood. US customers, product will be shipped using either Fed Ex or Fed Ex ground service or UPS or UPS ground service.

Most orders shipped within 10-20 working days.


Please ask about ship time when ordering. Please specify if faster shipping is needed.


Other forms of shiipping are avialable for an additional fee for those rush orders.


One day, two-day air and 3 day air aka ground service is available for orders to Alaska and Hawaii. No FPO's, APO's & P.O. boxes.


Shipping to a address in USA that is considered Rural and or Residential by www.FedEx.com or www.UPS.com & www.DHL.com


The cost for shipping may be higher to these areas


In addition an incorrect address given by you to US that is deemed incorrect or incomplete can cost you more money


I.E.: 1234 USA Street Apt #3
if you leave out the apt number as an example, it could cost (coin/franklins) more money.
